- no formal training (even for management) - toxic work culture stemming from and being allowed by the store manager - if you are a new employee, expect to not be included as "part of the family" amongst the employees that have been there for a few years - blatant favouritism - employees are allowed to do anything they want with back up from the store manager - other managers are not listened to/respected as they are always undermined - bullying and alienation of new employees is a constant, hence the massive turnover rate
