This company creates are very cold environment which I believe is done purposely. You are constantly looked down on, disrespected, and the work loads never ends. There is so much work and this place is clearly understaffed. Working more hours doesn’t allow you to move forward within the company or even to be recognized for your hard work. There is no positive reinforcement. There is really no care for employees, they are very old fashion and still believe in ALOT of useless paper work that can be managed using softwares but they refuse and stick to doing things an old fashion way, which takes a lot of your time, when you can be using your time to complete more productive tasks. They expect you to work crazy hours and when you leave they give you dirty looks, as if to say your lazy if your going home at the end of the day. They also do not know how to utilize people with potential and education. They simply have a way of working and stick to it (its old fashion and passé). Everyone in the company is unhappy and criticizes upper management tremendously. You feel trapped, as if the company is against you and you really cannot trust anyone in this place. I’ve been lied too, deceived and manipulated in this place, I highly suggest to stay away!
