Pros

- the discount on shoes and handbags. (might have spent too much of paycheck back into their hands....) - a lot of leeway for part-timers when it comes to the scheduling - very little cleaning - my boss was awesome

Cons

- a lot of pressure on sales even on part timers (when compared to full timers) - rewards only benefited the full timers - no commission for part timers only hourly rate

Pros

Small Canadian company that is growing everyday. I was there when they opened their Don Mills location, and it was fun everyday I was there. The people were dedicated, passionate, and happy to be there. It was a pleasure working for them.

Cons

Since it is a small company their is less parameters and some things much be figured out on the fly. Which makes the job more challenging. But I personally like to be challenged, it keeps you on your toes!
