Pros

40% Discount Parking Breakfast every Friday SM Music Events Casual working environment

Cons

High Turn Over - Salaries are WELL BELOW industry standards. Politics - You have to stroke egos. Cultural clashes - Upper management are older, cheap and completely out of touch with the brand and its employees. Lack of innovation - Just sell shoes and keep the lights on. Summer Fridays - Just in July. Working from home - Frowned upon. Flex Time - Not allowed. Promotions - Very rare. If you want to be in management, you have to know or be related to someone in upper management. Work-Life Balance - Sell shoes and worry about life later.

Pros

Love who I work with and the company does encourage you to be who you are. It’s relaxed in that aspect

Cons

Was hybrid with the whole company being remote on Fridays until out of nowhere they told us we would be in office full time starting the following week. I understand companies are trying to do this but no roll out and no explanation? It really felt like a slap in the face and was apparent they really do not care about us. Also pay could be better

Pros

Free bagels one day a week

Cons

9 hour work day that starts at 9am and ends at 6pm Extremely toxic workplace. There is no disciplinary action for upper management and no sense of professionalism . Upper management curses and talks to employees like they’re nothing and easily replaceable. Super fast paced and burnout is inevitable. Mean girl mentality everyone talks about each other behind their back. No collaboration, lower level positions are left to their own devices with little to no support from management or direct reports. It’s every man for themselves.
