      Handling online order with 1% commission + 16/h pay, with around 30h weekly working hours

      Crazy workload and strict deadline (the same day) 30 minutes non-paid lunch break is the only break you will get if working less than 8h on that day Wrong pay cheque every bi-weekly Workplace full of drama Selling expensive low quality made-in-china shoes, so you feel bad about the costumers "Flexible Schedule": different schedule every single week Manager using "you are still in probation" as a tool to push you work harder, or else fire you

      Horrible work life balance. You’re expected to work til any hour on week days, and god forbid if you’re late by 15 minutes. Rude and suspicious bosses Horrible office space, once there was sewage leaking from the ceiling and they sprayed fabreeze and had us keep working Hr is not your friend The employee discount is not great, and you’re required to wear SM shoes The office is in herald square, ew.
