Must come in to the office and pay to park Leadership actively avoids subordinates and does not communicate No review process No advancement opportunities Siloed operations and toxic culture Benefits are expensive and 401(k) match is laughable

Pros

I enjoy the work I do and the people I get to work with.

Cons

The benefits are quite pathetic when compared to industry competitors. 401k match is laughable and not competitive at all… 100% of the first 6%, but only up to $3k. Health insurance also definitely has room for improvement. Have to pay $75/month for parking.

Corporate departments and support staff aren't valued by the executives; evidenced by public article on multi-million dollar pay increases in the c-suite despite the pandemic, while pandemic was used as the reason for measly staff increases in 2021
