      Almost every Friday you got to wear jeans--if that does it for you Free food around the holidays Small HQ--you will know everybody

      Cons

      No advancement unless you are related to someone--There are so many brother/sister, mother/son, aunt/cousin relationships here it is hard to get on a good career path unless you know someone. The pay is WAY under the industry average. If you are a man, you will get promoted, just flirt your way up.
