      Great pay and location, benefits and perks are good

      Cons

      Upper management looks down at lower level worker, they say they have parking coming out of your check but they don’t have enough spaces in the garage to offer you a space. So paying for parking everyday sucked. They do not train you fully on your position, lack of communications

      The talent and staff experience in Birmingham is such that you can find answers too any industry related question you may have. Great Co-Workers!!!

      Cons

      Bonuses are down and responsibilities are up. Some of the higher level staff are not qualified to manage their assigned areas. As a result, I find time is wasted explaining my responsibilities to my direct manager over and over.
