Pros

Atmosphere seems to be that of a small company. Very family-like. Very understanding and accommodating. Always feel like my opinion matters with not only peers but even as high as executive management. Little beurocracy.

Cons

Little accountability held it seems. Like anywhere else... communication could be improved. Much of the way of working does not scale to a company of this size. Need to implement (a little) more process...
