Great Summer Position

Pros

Really great supervisors and made sure to balance work with learning about the company and the sector, never had a problem getting a question answered and all around can't imagine a better way to have spent the summer.

Cons

Unfortunately (in my case) not much chance at post graduation employment but I still gained a lot from the experience and definitely hope to purse opportunities there in the future.

Cons

With the amount of growth in the company, people tend to get overworked. The lean staff tends to contribute to stress on the job
