      Pros

      Very few, but there were some nice people that worked here and if I can be considered a pro, the work wasn't very challenging.

      Cons

      A badly run business in Europe, with no direction and very little communication from management, particularly when things were going downhill and redundancies were happening. A lot of toxic people and so much office politics made it a minefield in the office. No bonuses and barely any pay increase while I was there, and little scope for career progression.

      Heavily loss making, hire and fire, poor pay and apparently the cleaning staff sleep with employees

      Cons

      They have no idea what they are doing. Terrible leadership. Toxic place to work.
