Sales side is working great and m a king money for the company.

Cons

Operations side is wasting the same money on housewives - made operations directors - who have no training and no knowledge of leadership nor management not EEOC rules. That's where the risk is.

The environment was enjoyable because it allowed me to connect with the current employees. The people there are very welcoming and helped me transition into my summer position,

Cons

The number of hours they expect their interns to work was a challenge for me. I know that this is a common complaint but I think people should know that long hours doesn't only apply to bulge bracket firms.
