Pros

The pro is that they underpay people so much, anyone can get a job. For a number of reasons I left the industry and came back to find Wall Street hiring was slow. Sifel is not a Wall Street firm though they do some mini-Wall Street work. Anyway, I got a job right away because I took a significant pay cut. Lots of people there had all sorts of issues. Good place to start over if you need.

Cons

Really a cheap firm in so many ways. They pay less than non-profit. Quality of work was low and no one cared. Turnover high. New staff regularly.
