      Small, warm, corporate environment, good place to start a career

      Pros

      Colleagues are very helpful and willing to share what they have knowledge -- great place to learn. Warm work atmosphere where all employees say hi and celebrate the good days and bad with each other. Management is very understanding and flexible with your daily needs.

      Cons

      Low pay in comparison to other banks, but perks outweigh the con. Little amounts of raises, if any, per year. 1-2%. Advancement does not happen quickly. Stick it out for success.

      Pros

      Growth continues at high pace, middle market gives some advantages to the firms, business structure seems solid, good front-office people

      Cons

      Certain back-office areas need an overhaul. Some departments/people seem uninterested in growing with the company. I see how hard the good employees work in the back-office, helping the rest of us, but management could be more helpful.

      Pros

      People are very nice and helpful. I'm learning new things which will help me in the long run.

      Cons

      There has been change in management and things still aren't set in place. Because of that the morale isn't the greatest. I'm sure in time it will get better.
