      Strong management that makes good business decisions, smart acquistions, relatively low risk business model with no big trading bets or other high risk areas. Gaining marketshare in a quickly changing industry. Client focused, culture is to do good for the client first.

      Nice co-workers Nice expense account Nice work stations

      Cons

      Horrible Management; mindless as to whats going on and what actual issues are. Has no idea how to delegate work in an ever expanding department and company. In addition to that there are no metrics on how the department performs.
