Pros

Good benefits, Good support staff, decent pay. The travel is kind or rough at times, but it comes with the job so you expect it.

Cons

My biggest complaint is this companies total disregard for any kind of equality in the employees they have. If you are not a broker, then you are insignificant to them. Brokers can do whatever they want at anytime with no fear of being reprimanded where as the low man on the totem pole had better be perfect or they are gone.

Pros

Great people, great benefits, less than spectacular training for new salespeople. Great atmosphere. The head of a department will happily return calls to a new hire.

Cons

Training program is less than spectacular. You need to come over with a book in place. Hotel you stay in for training is seedy.
