      They pay well and give 35 dollars for dinner

      Cons

      One of the most toxic environments I have even been a part of. Management does not care about you and the teams are extremely thin. Expect to pitch everything and take deals that are garbage because all your MDs care about is money.

      Pros

      Only if you are ok working at home office or if you want to become an Advisor down the line- but even with that it’s not an avenue provided by company this would be between you and your advisor and this can be difficult to do especially if they are still growing their book

      Cons

      No team engagement whatsoever. Their diversity and inclusion page is all but a paragraph. They don’t grow within they grow by recruiting Advisors who are already established. Not career paths. Not open to ideas, they are only vested in retaining Advisors and nothing else
