- Management is completely directionless. There is no strategy, no coherent plan, and no evidence that leadership understands how to build a viable franchise. - Decisions are inconsistent, reactive, and often contradict what was said only weeks earlier. - Pay is significantly below market. This is widely known internally, yet management continues to deny or downplay the gap. - Communication from management is poor and frequently misleading. Messaging shifts constantly, commitments are walked back, and explanations rarely match reality.
