      Actively involved in many departments in the firm, which in turn leads to a vast skill set and a wide knowledge base. Hours are consistent. Company is healthy. Many opportunities within the company.

      Cons

      Typical corporate mindset. Very hard to get days off...particularly around the ideal times(i.e. Holidays, middle of Winter/Summer)

      Pros

      It's a great place to learn about the finance industry, the people are welcoming and friendly. The work load is reasonable compared to the pay. The company encourages you to ask questions, and broaden your understanding of financial markets.

      Cons

      If I had to point out a distinctive flaw in the structure of the company, it's poor compensation of operational staff. The company seems to consistently cut corners in compensating employees.
