Pros

Flexible culture, seems to put high value on employees and does their best to be fair and consistent

Cons

Difficult to compete in certain segments due to relative breadth and scale, but benefits of being smaller and nimbler outweigh benefits.

Pros

- Solid company culture - New advisor training program - Working on a high performing team where you get revenue sharing opportunities to work with an existing book

Cons

- Too old school, every advisor in the office did barely anything related to financial planning. Mostly just glorified stockbrokers. The company itself seemed to reflect that. No other young advisors. - No direction if not joining a good team - Low pay - Not much help finding new clients - Not a very adaptable company - Outdated technology and software programs - Not a well known firm - Branch managers can be toxic
