- opportunities to learn and grow - great environment early on in your career - good exit opportunities

Cons

- great nepotism when it comes to the client service/support side - not based on meritocracy, but years served. Not clear in terms of trajectory or future promotions. - overall management is good, but some managers need to be more present instead of absent for more than half the month (when it is required for others to be in 5 days a week),
