You don't matter here

Pros

There are literally no pros to working here. There were few before but now they have taken away WFH there are literally none. Watch for a mass exodus coming for this company. CEO is completely out of touch with what employees are looking for in an employer. CEO is more self-absorbed than anyone I have ever seen, more concerned about badge swipes and announcing on a TV interview that people are 100% in the office every day than the well-being of employees

Cons

They keep talking about how great the culture is here but literally the culture is fall in line with what we want or leave. Bonuses were taken away last year and now this year flexibility. But Stifel continues to have record revenue and CEO breaks bonus records. :-/

Culture of fear

Pros

I am hearing that the work from home days have been snatched away all together, which was one of the only incentives a lot of my co-workers had for staying employed there. This company does not care about the welfare of its employees and good luck having any kind of work/life balance. Flexibility in the workplace for employees is something that modern companies are striving towards these days, especially in the post covid world we are in now.

Cons

This company wants to create a culture of fear with its employees. Scaring them away from sharing suggestions openly about how to improve. They have also abruptly taken away any work from home opportunities from what I am hearing. This is so detrimental to employee morale.

Pros

You are able to move positions in the same department, but it will be a lateral move.

Cons

Large company, no diversity at all, terrible pay and even worse benefits that increased every year that I worked there. This company still operates under the old school “men’s club” vibe. It’s 2021 and they still do not have one African American FA.
