Pros

Great Place to work. Senior Management understands operational issues. Good long term planning.

Cons

Business needs to be grown to a much better level considering the capabilities. Business under direct control needs to be expanded. Dependence on dealers who are not exclusive.

Pros

The team, the blue collar people who work hard to make Stihl the number one brand.

Cons

The middle management employees who smile from ear to ear while lies just ooze out and the upper management that promotes the dog eat dog work environment "literally protect your neck" while always reminding you how great Stihl is to you as an employee but employers who treat there people right don't have to say they do, they just do.
