Pros

Hard work is recognized and rewarded at Still Hopes. I have worked here for less than a year and have already been promoted! My supervisor listens to any concerns I have, and my coworkers feel like a second family. I am truly blessed to be a part of our team :)

Cons

Because of its success, Still Hopes is growing at such a rapid rate. Therefore, sometimes the amount of work can be overwhelming.

I've worked here for almost 15 years and it is a caring and wonderful place. Pay is ABOVE average. Work loads are fair and the retirement plan is awesome!

Cons

Employees are given more opportunities to improve their performance than they should get before they are fired.
