Not truly a stylist

Pros

Work from home, used to make your own schedule, but since I was laid off I hear it has changed.

Cons

No real styling, so you don’t have much fashion creativity. The algorithm generates your choices and you basically write the note. It is hard to convince your client that you saw this item and it had their name written all over it when you send a sweater to them in July heat! Stock can be very difficult and then it reflects poorly on your stats when items are returned.

Pros

Pay is good for data science and the data scientists themselves are quite good. Good work like balance.

Cons

CEO is not qualified to run a tech company, makes bad decisions, and talks like she's trying gaslight the company.

Pros

Incredibly smart team Director level and below, super motivated, kind, wonderful people to work with. Interesting problems to solve with potential to disrupt retail

Cons

Zero alignment of priorities at the leadership level, constant whiplash and shifting priorities week to week, poor communication from leadership, zero accountability at the top for any of the issues plaguing the company right now, leadership doesn't listen when there are issues or obstacles in the way of what they want to happen, teams run way way too lean and burning out at an alarming rate so attrition is high
