Nothing is consistent, you are never praised for your many successes and micromanaged to an insane degree. They treat people like less than humans and I hate this company with every fiber of my being. I worked there for 5 years and am so glad to be done. Not one positive thing to say. Also the clothes are terrible and it is extremely uninspiring. Clients are also mostly insanely rude so there are no benefits to this job :)

lost my benefits and full time after 10 years through a mass email sent to every stylist. it's clear we're not doing well. Haven't gotten a raise in years b/c it is market pay which, essentially, gives Stitch Fix the power to not give raises if it isn't healthy for the bottom line,.. even if we are making under the standard. I feel like an idiot holding out hope for so long that something good would happen.
