      Used to be great, now a demoralizing place to work

      Flexible schedule, talented coworkers, interesting position, employee discount

      Cons

      Throughout the years, what was a great job steadily declined. Inventory available for styling is dismal, mostly overpriced house brands of sub-par quality. Employee performance metrics are calculated in an arbitrary way with increasingly aggressive goals. Upper management seems to have no idea of what is going on or how to fix it.
