      Easy warehouse job ever! Company had flexible rules and many paid holidays

      Like any other warehouse there’s favoritism which was a very high issue here.

      Flexible schedule. Work from home.

      Cons

      Overworked and undervalued, the stylists role and expectations change drastically every three months. There is absolutely no possibility of ever working your way into another position. And management treats you as though your work doesn’t matter and are easily replaced- which I believe stylists will be eventually phased out by the algorithm that runs the platform.
