      Great manager. Work at home.

      No growth potential. No rhyme or reason to the metrics. They could not explain to me precisely how or why my metrics were the way they were just that I needed to bring them up. Well, if I don't know what is bringing them down, and you cannot even explain exactly how the metrics work, how can I possibly bring them up? Maybe they didn't know how they worked either?
