Pros

Fun connecting with clients. Set your own schedule. Young enthusiastic employees, working in fashion is always fun.

Cons

Not as flexible with time as one might think. Often tight or out of season inventory.

Don't do it

Pros

You get paid weekly that's about it.

Cons

You walk miles and miles everyday with a shopping cart and get in trouble if you don't meet a certain quota. You also have to work over until the quota is filled by everyone so if you have kids or a sitter good luck with that- they do not care! Worse job I've ever had.

Pros

Flexible, easy, professional development if you are looking to grow within the company. They are always hiring stylist and have high turnover so if you like it then you have job security.

Cons

Must work at least 15 hours a week. If you work full time, it can be hard to do 15 additional hours every week of part time work. Available inventory affects the enjoyment and ease of the job. Stylists start at $14 an hour and goes to $15 after a year.
