      Pros

      Work from home. Good employee discount.

      Cons

      They expect stylists to "style" each client in under 15 minutes. It's impossible to do a good job within that time frame. They only want to peddle their own brands that are ugly.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, great culture, super positive, very empowering, great training, fun job.

      Cons

      Pay is decent but if you are a SAHM, it's a great option, you a feel a bit on your own at first even though there is a lot of support, it feels like a big leap to get the metrics down without all the training under your belt. The online training program is awesome but it takes weeks. By 12 weeks you feel like a pro but at first, it is wobbly. Your lead is super empowering and encouraging.

      - Extra Money - Decent Part-Time Job - Cool company culture

      Cons

      The expectations are too high for a part time job and totally inconsistent The metrics don't make sense and you don't know what you are being measured on Many stylist are very underappreciated and get burned out There is no room for growth The job is boring and monotonous The job is not as flexible as it is presented to be The inventory is horrible and overpriced - clients don't want to pay that much for basic clothing
