      Friendly, PC Environment, Benefits were extensive and kind, except for PTO

      There is limited room for advancement in the CX office, and the cultural push can be oppressively strong.

      Pros

      I love that I have the opportunity to balance this with my full-time job. Hours are flexible, pay is great for the fun job you get to do, training is thorough, and the company culture is great!

      Cons

      There are certain days of the week where inventory is way worse than others. This really impacts the quality sent out to the customer, particularly because we need to get a certain amount of customers done a week.
