Company has a strange toxic positivity culture. Wants you to work like a robot and hit efficiency every hour on the hour. Pay is capped at 3 years with no opportunities for advancement. Basically a dead in job. Your mental health will eventually be affected.

Gaslighting to the extreme and managers will micromanage every little thing you do. The workload is constantly being increased while Stylists pay are capped out after 3 years. Unrealistic metrics will not be attainable due to their out of date styles and lack of inventory. You will get blamed for things that are out of your control and expect for your manager to nit-pick everything you do if your metrics ever take a dip. The constant stress from this job WILL eventually take a toll on your mental health.
