Good Ideals with Bad Execution

Pros

Great people, catered lunch once a month, free drinks and snacks are restocked daily, amazing benefits.

Cons

Incredibly poor interdepartmental communication, Leadership is rarely on the same page, every department has a different priority which leads to daily issues that slow productivity and can lead to missed metrics, associates with more experience can get away with blatantly bending or breaking rules which exhibits to new associates that you don’t have to follow rules or listen to department leadership
