You get to make your own schedule, they trust that you will do you work and relatively let you do your job. There is no one breathing down your neck as long as your work is good. You get to make meaningful relationships with your clients, and the company really does value their clients. They want the best for them!
Cons
It's hard to move up. If you don't know the right people or have the right contacts you will fly under the radar.
