      Work from home, free meals, snacks, and drinks, happy hours, great health insurance.

      Cons

      This company thrives on a feedback culture which is great however SF is so feelings based, that it causes you to feel alienated and disliked by your colleagues. If you're metrics based, this is not the job for you. If you're having a bad day and it shows in the slightest, you're pulled aside and told you're negative. Since the core of SF is feedback, it causes your colleagues to micromanage you and act as your manager. If you're on the chat/phone team, you get treated differently and don't get to participate in office-wide events or holidays. The list goes on...
