Lots of supply issues to meet the demand. Supervisors tended to be understanding of this issue, but was ongoing challenge. Lack of variety in product to please long-term customers.

- No room for growth. Unless you want to become a lead (good luck with that, so does everyone else), or if you're happy with getting a dollar raise once and never again, the buck stops at styling. - The Stylists are the worker bee's, turnover rate is high, and it's easy to feel unappreciated & burnt out. Especially when you're doing more/better than other Stylists and your pay is still the same. - Expectations are high and unclear. There is no sense of cohesion between leads, teams, and upper management. - You can only use your employee discount on items above a certain price range...I mean c'mon now...does Nordstrom tell it's employees they can't shop from the sale rack?! - The way stats are measured are often inaccurate and unclear, yet we're still held to some imaginary standard that know one really understands.
