      crosstrained in every department reseiving packing picking returns custumer service

      Cons

      the request of time off ahead for important life matters and being dinied were i did not come in for 2 days did not have a phone at the moment to contact and could not pick when i told them i could not and pregnant they fired me

      This is a great company with management that truly cares. I love what this company stands for! Flexible job being able to work from anywhere is the best!

      There are not a lot of benefits and pay does not reflect seniority.

      Not much in-person interaction, but they do try and do remote virtual meetings, and in-person meet-ups.
