Pros
Discount, work from home, make your own schedule with some flexibility.( ie you can work work up to 29 hours with a min of 15 each week.)
Cons
The changes that took place over the summer made the job more challenging and took away the creativity of the role. They literally want the computer to turn and burn Fixes (using the algorithm) and pass it off as highly personalized Fixes. Then, they increased the expectation of how many Fixes you should do in an hour. More money for the company= more stress for you. The amount of glitches with the systems and filters make it nearly impossible to create flawless Fixes at a faster rate. So glad I left before the metrics showed how flawed the new system is. Every week they made system changes that made the job unrecognizable from the year past. It was as if they were changing for the sake of changing ( ie “let’s change the font size and make everything smaller, just to make it harder for the stylist to read the profiles. Haha, yeah that will really show them.”)
