      Strong feed back driven culture, fair compensation for the work required.

      Cons

      Not enough capacity for the work to be done so impacted work/life balance. Limitations on innovation because US business prioritised.

      Pros

      Mind you I worked there in 2021 so I don't know what/if anything has changed since then. I personally loved my team leader. As a stylist I loved getting to curate boxes for customers. Company also great benefits and perks. Flexibility of schedule. As long as you met your weekly hours it didn't matter if you opted to sign in and work mornings, afternoons or evenings. And it didn't have to be x amount of hours in a row. There were a handful of times I worked a couple hours in the morning, went to doc appointments, ran errands then worked 2 or 3 more hours in the evening.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. $15/hour is peanuts and the hours sucked. Some weeks I worked as little as 5-10 hours per week.

      Flexible hours and you can work on your own time.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations from customers and company. Inventory is very low which makes it hard to create looks for customer requesting more then basic clothing.
