      You can make as much or as little as you want out of it.

      Not a lot of room for creativity as a stylist- all based on metrics.

      Pros

      - Unlimited PTO - Flexible work schedule - Ability to WFH when needed - Company took care of you on Market travel trips - nice hotels, meals, etc. - Free snacks & catered lunch

      Cons

      - Growth is limited, employees have to go through interview process in order to get promoted and compete against other employees for open positions - Lack of transparency & consistent attitudes from leadership causing tension between others in meetings - Poor work-life balance due to consistently being under staffed - Multiple meetings everyday that take you away from the main projects & tasks that need to be completed - Cliquey & exclusive - Leadership micro-manages WAY TOO MUCH

      Expects stylists to work Xmas Eve and Xmas Day.

      Pros

      They don't have a lot of Fixes around the holidays, but still expect us to reach our style minimums. So their gift to their employees is to release a bunch of Fixes on December 23-25 so we can style a bunch of overweight women by the Christmas tree instead of spending time with our family.

      Cons

      Don't care about their stylists and no respect for their time!
