      Great support from your leads and other stylists. Thorough training. Fun benefits and flexible hours. Livable wage.

      Cons

      Inventory for styling can be tight during certain seasons. Self-discipline can be difficult being a remote worker. There is limitations if you don't hit your quota.

      I love Stitch Fix's mission-driven culture and how enthusiastic the employee base is. They've done a great job of enabling departments within the organization to build and sustain culture in their own unique ways. Incredibly strong management team and a relatively flat structure.

      Cons

      It is challenging to move up or getting promoted within the company.
