      Flexibility in scheduling -- work remotely and set your own hours. Fun perks and nice discount on clothing. Enjoy the opportunities for networking and personal enrichment. Hip office and staff.

      Inventory can present challenges, which affect when you plan your hours each week. Can sometimes be difficult to feel like you're part of a larger team, since work is done remotely.

      Clients are shown products on social media that are never available Clients can say anything in feedback and you have to read it Leads will send you emails that are cut and paste Leads are rude and condescending Events are basically a sorority event Inventory is awful, you have no support from management on this. A lot of pressure to maintain your stats even when inventory is awful, which is awful
