      Pros

      -The best place to work in all of retail/tech space -Rock star leadership team from the Directors and up -Across all levels (entry level to CEO), has hired some of the brightest and most talented people I've ever worked with. What's even more special is that they're also some of the most kind and fun people I've ever worked with. -The company's growth has been explosive -- significantly more explosive and sustainable than almost all competitors, if there even are any. Thoughtful leadership team wants to manage this growth as best as possible. It shows. -If you're willing to work hard and share your "humanity" with your team, this is truly an amazing and special place to work. -Successful Stitch Fix employees are the most bright, kind, and honest people I've ever worked with. What's not to like?

      Cons

      -Very hard to find cons. I would say that with such powerful growth, growing pains come with the territory. That being said, I've worked at several similar companies and Stitch Fix has made it look easy. -Need to be flexible/adaptable (is this even a con?). We're constantly looking to grow and adapt our style here at Stitch Fix, to be better. If you seek a regimented/formulaic approach to your job, which many retailers encourage, this probably isn't the place for you. We encourage free and independent thinking. The people who don't last here are the people who are unable to flex in different situations as the business changes or new strategies are tested. If you're excited about change, this is the place for you. We're idealistic and proud of it!

      Pros

      Great e-commerce business with emotionally intelligent leadership at the top, challenging the status quo.

      Cons

      Lack of follow through from mission statement to practice. People leaders receive no upfront training which means they bring bad habits, behaviors, and practices with them. This really sets this start up, up to fail! Feedback is not given or accepted and leadership has been know to bully, patronize and even yell at its employees. This behavior has continued past several whistle blowers coming forward. In short, a lawsuit waiting to happen!
