Pros

Free food, decent pay, nice people, easy work.

Cons

Long time between paychecks, managers and supervisors only care about the work and not the workers.

Pros

Flexibility No commute Work from home Created an online community for Stylists (to help feel connected) Discount

Cons

I was really sad as I used to LOVE my job but it has gone down. Inventory is so bad! Unless you are able to style within a few hour period (usually during the afternoon) inventory is awful. Which makes the flexibility go out the door. It also feels like the company doesn't take any responsibility for the poor inventory. Clients are disappointed when they aren't receiving the items that were in the promotions when Stitch Fix doesn't actually care most of those pieces.

Pros

Very lax if your goal is to stay as an associate and only make their minimum pay. They do provide decent breaks and offer plenty of overtime. They also provide some foods drinks to employees as well as organize some employee events.

Cons

Can see some definite micro-management and they prefer to play favorites. Never any communication between departments let alone managers to employees. Constantly pushing for employees to work past their limits in a negative and often punishing form. Lacking in professional handling of any problems that may arise as well as any planning for events/ changes in work schedules/ changes in volume distribution. You will never know exactly where you stand as an employee and there is a mass lack of ability to place trust or confidentiality in co-workers and especially managers.
