      Pros

      flexible hours and pretty easy to get time off. Nice employee discount and fun activities and group outings. easy to communicate with

      Cons

      better compensation for senior stylist and easier to move up within the company. Work can become boring and always the same. Inventory is always hit or miss.

      Pros

      I love the flexibility, working with mostly women who are very supportive and understanding, and of course, being able to style - I like online shopping, and this is fun when inventory is cooperating. I also appreciate the communication and feel like I usually know what's going on in the industry and with changes in the company.

      Cons

      After a year of working here, I'm impressed with the growth but SF needs to catch up in the way it's treating its employees. There needs to be more compensation/commission for high performers and more positions between Stylist and Manager for those high-performers who don't have the time or skills to pursue management. There's definitely still some issues to be worked out with inventory, too.
