      Pros

      Remote styling is great for a busy mom, set my own schedule. SF offers lots of support and ways to stay connected from home, regular contact with my lead, customer service is amazing and always willing to help with client issues, constantly being updated on what's new, current trends, ways to make the experience better for our clients. Very positive company culture.

      Cons

      Inventory is not always great, and the amount of time allotted to style each client is a little tight.

      Creative, flexible schedule, the company really takes care of it's employees, great benefits, work from home.

      Cons

      It's a little hard to stay connected to the Stitch Fix community but there are plenty of opportunities.

      Pros

      Work from home and create your own schedule. Help women feel and look great. Great short term job.

      Cons

      Extremely repetitive. Extremely hard to move up. Part time benefits... There are absolutely none. You have to style four clients in an hour which would be easy if there was inventory to accommodate. I use to think I had a work life balance but just to meet expectations I find myself working around the clock (and it's not worth it at all!). The buyers need to regroup and introduce new styles. The company is growing the styles are not.
