      Pros

      Upper Management team is built with all-stars that are inspiring and relatable. When I leave the company one day I will walk aways with amazing connections and knowledge. Stitch Fix is always innovating and I couldn't be more blessed with the experience I've gained during my time.

      Cons

      As the company continues to scale, we are going through the struggling shift from small to big company which has been difficult as priorities shift ALL the time making work exhausting to get done. All the meetings on meetings make it difficult to actually get work done, which leads to long hours and work weeks.

      Pros

      Great, fast growing company with a strong culture. The people are smart and driven and generally fun to work with. Good benefits and unlimited vacation.

      Cons

      It is a big company now and there are more meetings and layers of management to get through but it is still a fairly flat organization.
