      Pros

      Company is very responsive to feedback. As the company grows there seems to be more effort to retain good stylists, create incentives/opportunities to participate more, and create a more connected role with their remote staff.

      Management is very transparent & cares about customers as well as its employees.

      Work can be repetitive (but you can be creative and find ways to make it more fun).

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Pay is good. Great job for someone who is looking to work from home. I was able to come home from my full-time job and style for extra cash.

      Cons

      There are peak hours and slow days/hours. If you do have other obligations, you have to try to schedule those around the peak styling hours or you will have a hard time styling with the inventory on hand.
