      Up and coming. Forward thinking. Technology meets retail equalling what looks like a great company. Growing. Thriving. People focused. Strong smart leadership. Analytics team is world class as is engineering. Proprietary systems developed are without equal in the retail industry.

      Cons

      The culture in certain functions is divisive, back stabbing and passive aggressive. Feedback which should be direct is indirectly given in a tattle tail manner. If you enjoy an alpha female war, this is the place for you.

      Thorough training, helpful support, great resources, flexible hours

      Cons

      Some clients can be really difficult and hard to please, and it can hurt our performance even though it's not our fault. The company keeps improving its communication methods so this might get better with time
